I am a mom, a wife, a seasoned sales leader, an exercise enthusiast, a lover of red wine, and a fan of being outdoors. Welcome to my site, I am glad you’re here.

I created this space to provide prospective employers a unique look into my experience, interests, and accomplishments.

I have been in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management for nearly 20 years. I’ve worked for large companies like Gaylord Hotels and American Express, as well as start ups such as Emma and GoNoodle.

My experience spans multiple industries, including hospitality, SaaS, travel, entertainment and media.

While working in larger companies, I’ve come to understand the benefits of corporate structure and processes, the cadence of building business, and the requirements for making change.

Through my time spent with startups, I have grown familiar with the drive for innovation, the need to be nimble, and the entrepreneurial spirit it takes to stay motivated.

I recognize the benefits and limitations that both face and know how to successfully navigate each. I believe my biggest contributions to a company are my ability to collaborate and bring teams together, define strategy and differentiate a product or service, develop processes to drive efficiency, and build strong client relationships.

I have experience with selling, negotiating, and delivering on the product/service, allowing me to understand both top and bottom line impact. I have led diverse teams; managed large, cross-departmental projects; and spearheaded the ideation, creation, and execution of sales strategies, bespoke campaigns, and new products for market.

    I worked directly with Chaye for over 2 years at GoNoodle, and our success is directly attributed to the amazing work she contributed every single day!     I had the privilege of working with Chaye at GoNoodle for about a year. She is the perfect balance of being a leader and an executer. She is an expert at getting all the right people in the room to solve a problem, delegating responsibilities and communicating a clear action plan for getting to a resolution. Typically that plan involves Chaye rolling up her sleeves to do her part to get it done. She will do whatever is necessary to complete a project, even if that means challenging the status quo in order to have a more strategic and successful outcome. I have seen her navigate intense amounts of change and pressure with ease and a 'can do' attitude. Not only is she one of the hardest working women I know, she is thoughtful and kind.     Interests

    I spend my free time chasing around two energetic baby boys and stealing moments in between the chaos with my wonderful husband.

    I am a former yoga and spin instructor, and although I no longer teach, I love to be active and move every single day. I use my peloton often, I appreciate any outdoor exercise such as running or hiking, and I like the challenge of HIIT and weights.

    I find peace in the kitchen; I show my love by cooking for family and friends. I try to get a home cooked meal on the table most nights and fresh baked cookies for special occasions.

    I have traveled often with my husband and love the idea of more trips in our future. Returning to Amsterdam and Paris are top on my list; visiting Bali is also a “priority.”
